THEORETICAL PART of the OPEN WATER DIVER course in Cádiz:

The theoretical part of the Open Water Diver course in Cádiz will be done online, so that you can do it comfortably from home.

We will offer a face-to-face theory class to answer questions before starting the practices.

The theoretical part of the Open Water Diver course consists of 5 topics on the basics of diving, its material and physical principles namely.

Once the theoretical part is finished, the student will be evaluated with a face-to-face multiple choice exam, and we will move on to practice!

OUR COURSES

PRACTICAL PART of the OPEN WATER DIVER course in Cádiz:

In this part of the course, all the knowledge acquired in theory will be put into practice, in a gradual and controlled manner, with great emphasis on safety.

It consists of 5 diving dives, where exercises will be done and will begin to be combined with underwater walks, always advised by an instructor.

In general, this part will take 3 mornings to carry out, although we are flexible depending on the availability of the student.

All the practical part of the Open Water Diver course that you will do in Cádiz, will take place in Tarifa, where the conditions are optimal for learning, with shallow, calm and clear waters.

REQUIREMENTS

The minimum age for certification is 10 years old, which must be met before finishing the course and authorization from a parent or guardian.

COURSE DURATION

  4 - 5 days approximately

What will you be able to do after finishing your Open Water course?

-Rent diving equipment and recharge diving bottles in specialized centers.
-Diving to a maximum depth of 25 meters, accompanied by someone with at least the same degree as you.
-Dive up to 40 meters deep when you accumulate 20 hours of demonstrable diving.
-Junior graduates (14 years old or younger) will be able to dive up to 12 meters deep, and when they turn 15, that limit is already extended to 25 meters.
